Was in Nashville for a work event when The Stillery opened up its doors with a warm southern embrace. The main reason I chose this spot was for the Nashville hot chicken Mac and cheese. The flavors should be a Willy Nelson song. I've had many a Mac and cheese yet this one was some of the best. I'm talking about gold medal.Combine the bread crumbs and melted butter, and sprinkle over the top of the mac and cheese. Sprinkle on the last 1 tablespoon of Nashville Hot Chicken seasoning. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the bread crumbs on the top have had a chance to get toasty.
